TERMS OF SALE

 

These terms of sale apply to every order placed on jetrunners.com, operated by GOAT MILES LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA.

 

Ordering. An order is placed when you complete checkout and receive our confirmation email. The sale is final once the order has been accepted and payment captured. If we cannot fulfill an order (stock error, pricing error or suspected fraud), we will cancel it and refund you in full.

 

Prices and payment. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include any applicable import duties: the price displayed at checkout is the total you pay, plus any sales tax shown at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order and is processed securely by our payment providers.

 

Delivery. We deliver to the United States only, with free shipping on every order. Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days and delivered within 10 to 15 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

 

Cancellation. You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been fulfilled by writing to contact@jetrunners.com. Once the order has shipped, the Return & Refund Policy applies.

 

Returns and refunds. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item free of charge, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

 

Warranty. Our products are covered by the applicable legal warranties and by our 30-day quality guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you hold as a consumer under applicable law.
