RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

At JetRunners, every order is covered by our 30-day quality guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery, free of charge.

 

Eligibility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached and in its original box. Please try shoes indoors on a clean surface. Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by use cannot be accepted.

 

How to start a return. Email us at contact@jetrunners.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with the return instructions and a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free.

 

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a few additional days to appear.

 

Defective, damaged or incorrect items. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us right away: we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

 

Exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return your item and place a new order once the refund is confirmed.
