SHIPPING POLICY

 

Free shipping on all orders. Every order ships free to the United States, with no minimum purchase.

 

Shipping area. We currently ship to the United States only.

 

Processing time. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

Delivery time. Standard International delivery takes 10 to 15 business days after dispatch. During sales periods or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

 

Customs and fees. All import duties and taxes are handled by us. You will never pay anything beyond the price displayed at checkout.

 

Tracking. Your tracking link is included in the shipping confirmation email. If the tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

 

Lost or damaged packages. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email us at contact@jetrunners.com: we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
